Tamarind Bay

Tamarind Bay is opened by Lookman, Kam and Sai, who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Indian restaurant trade. Tamarind Bay focuses on quality authentic Indian food, with an emphasis on healthy food; this is achieved by using fresh ingredients, vegetables and meat, less oil, sugar and salt in the cooking process. The food takes inspiration from traditional Bengali and Indian cooking. Many of the dishes offered are popular in the subcontinent.
