Our Dining Menu offers Traditional Indian Favourites, Speciality Dishes and our Blue Fusion Section combines authentic Indian Cuisine with an Oriental influence. Using fragrant ingredients such as lemongrass and lime leaves infused with indian spices we are able to offer unique fusion dining.
