Ramen To Bíiru

In a small square in the posh yet inviting Østerbro district of Copenhagen, you’ll find the third iteration of our ramen restaurant, Ramen to Bíiru. Japanese ramen's tradition and history are well-known. With the arrival of Takuro Otani from Japan long before the opening of our first ramen location in Nørrebro, we aimed to honor the culture of creating ramen, giving the chef time to adjust to his new Danish surroundings and also prepare his broth exactly as it would be in Japan.
