the concept of Zuma was born as a result of one chef’s obsessive passion with Japanese cuisine and his conviction that London was the place to develop his take on traditional Japanese food. authentic but not traditional, the menu showcases a variety of dishes from its three kitchens; the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill.
