Independent Shropshire Brewer steeped in over 200 years of History Gas Street Vaults is the future Birmingham Brewery Tap of Joule’s Brewery, set on one of the city’s most historic stretches of canal at Gas Street Basin. The building has welcomed people for generations and has long been part of Birmingham’s canalside story. We’re proud to be giving it a new future, creating a pub that celebrates both the character of the building and the heritage of our independent Shropshire brewery.
