Timberyard is a family-run Michelin starred restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh. Ingredient-led cooking, guided by nature. Since opening in 2012, we have worked closely with local growers, foragers, and artisan producers, drawing from Scotland’s natural larder. In 2023, we were honoured to receive a Michelin star, followed by a Michelin Green Star in 2026, recognising our commitment to treading as lightly as possible on the land that sustains us.
