The Doric

The Doric was built in the 17th century on Edinburgh’s Market Street and adapted to become a Gastropub in the 18th century. Our Bistro on the first floor offers a relaxed dining environment where we serve only fresh, local produce, which is always cooked to order. Our Bar on the ground floor provides a traditional, comfortable setting where customers can choose their favourite tipple from our large drinks selection, including over fifty Single Malt Whiskys.
