THE STORY OF GIRL AND THE GOOSE RESTAURANT “I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to my restaurant. I know the name is a little unusual, but there is a bit of story behind it. I wanted to dedicate this restaurant to my little daughter Lea, and we couldn’t find the right name until my friend Ruth came up with logo based on my daughter’s toy – a wooden goose. After few days we came up with the idea of combining Lea’s name and her toy and we came up with the name Lea’s Little Goose. Coincidently, same night I was enjoying my time with a great customer of mine Peter from our Terenure’s restaurant and I mentioned that to him. He pointed me directly to Brother’s Grimm fairy tale The Goose Girl – and that was it – ‘Girl and the Goose’ was born and I am more than happy to share my ‘dream came thru’ in connection with fairy tale – this could be our…
