Founded by brothers Hugh and Eoin O’Reilly in 2018, Mad Yolks began life as an independant food truck slingin out some of the finest eggs known to man at music festivals and weekend markets. From our humble roots, to opening our first shop on Smithfield square and our second location in Rathmines, we are constantly growing and evolving in an effort to share our love of eggs with as many people as possible.
