Chantefable

The Chantefable, formerly known as « La Rallye Gambetta » is over a hundred years old. For more than a century, it helped the transmission of French Cuisine traditions. On its opening at the end of 18th century, The Chantefable was a tavern where local poets used to tell their tales and sing. Close to the famous « Père Lachaise » cemetery, on the same block as Rue de la Chine one of Edith Piaf’s favourite spots, The Chantefable has steadily thrived in the heart of the buzzing 20th arrondissement in Paris.
