Pasta Imperiale is a fresh pasta shop with open kitchen in the heart of Rome. ​​Our idea is to unite fresh pasta culture with the street food while maintaining the solid link with the traditions of roman and italian cuisines. Here, you find only artisan products, from different types of pasta to sauces, prepared​only with the high quality products. ​Everyday we make pasta by hand in our open kitchen in front of your eyes. You will find a wide variety of fresh pasta (with eggs and without), stuffed pasta and gnocchi. In addition to the great classics, we always offer some special seasonal recepies.
