Farang, playfully translating as ‘foreigner’ in Thai, is a team of enthusiastic individuals lead by chef Sebby Holmes, who over the last 8 years have bought their passion and skills to the table. A love and passion for Thai cooking techniques and flavours, combined with a dedication to quality, seasonal Thai and British ingredients, makes for a unique twist on modern Thai cuisine. Farang dishes hold a loyalty to balance and flavour, rather than authenticity.
